Level 3
For all supervisors, junior, trainee and potential managers and those without previous formal training.

Entry Requirements
No formal qualifications necessary. Suitable for all existing supervisors, new and potential managers, owner/managers and those without previous structured training.

Introductory Diploma in Management
Level 4
This qualification provides an introduction to the Chartered Management Institute Level 4 Diploma in Management. It is intended for those who are considering a move into middle management or those who are new to such a role.

- Planning and managing resources
- Recruitment and selection

Entry Requirements:
No specific requirements, some experience in a management position required to support the learning and enable progression.
